Dear Immediate and extended family of Mary Ann Ricks: At an early age I was taken into the Ricks, Alcock family as the sister-in-law of Mary Ann’s brother Rich. I remember when Bill and Mary Ann bought their home. They were so excited and full of plans for playroom, pool, or any way to open their huge hearts to family and friends. How many hours we all spent there. So many defining moments and memories. Nana Alcock, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, children, lots of children. This past Christmas I put on a slideshow for my children. There were slides of Bill and Mary Ann, the Liquoris too at Pat and Rich’s wedding. I’m so happy I Found those photos. My prayers are with you all. I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers to the family for strength and healing. The Matriarch she was of the Ricks household. I have fond memories from HS years of laughter, always learning a little something, always feeling part of and welcome. I will say not a cold winter night goes by without the memory of knowing there was ALWAYS the best hot chocolate waiting for us with a smile with marshmallows on top. Thank you Mrs. Ricks for making a difference in my life and a good life you lived ♡♡
