frank was always there for his friends ALWAYS.if you needed a ride, if you needed help,or you just needed someone to come with you.no matter what.he was the one person I could vent to about anything and he'd listen.i can't believe you're gone brother

I met Frank in 1993 while we were both activists in CSEA. I liked him right away; his sense of fairness, his vast knowledge, the straightforward way he had of getting right in your face when he felt passionate about something, his hearty laugh and unique sense of humor. He was a good man in every way—the world could use more people like him. His loss his heartbreaking. My condolences to his family. I heard many stories about his 2 grandchildren—he was so proud. So many good memories. May God keep you in his loving hands Frankie. You’re at rest now. ❤️Much love always❤️
