Obituary of Rosetta Danhi Brown

Rosetta Danhi Brown, 72, of Highland, NY passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.  A local resident for 26 years and previously of Jamaica, she was born January 26, 1948 in St. Mary's Parish, Jamaica to John and Alice Natto Danhi.  On October 20, 1990 Rosetta married Albert L. Brown in Jamaica and he survives at home in Highland.  Rosetta worked in housekeeping at Mike Artega's Health Center.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Apostolic Church in Poughkeepsie.  In addition to her husband, Rosetta is survived by her daughter Carolene Laws Reynolds (Steve) of Highland, her two grandchildren Shawn and Kaemar Reynolds, her adopted son Sunil Danhi, as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her siblings; Alfred Danhi, Ezielk Danhi, Wilford Danhi and Louise Danhi.  Services will be held 930am Wednesday December 9, 2020 at the Poughkeepsie Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ 19 North Clover Street Poughkeepsie, New York. Burial will follow at the Poughkeepsie, Rural Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Timothy P.
