Obituary of Arthur Daniel Jackson

Arthur Daniel Jackson, Jr., 83, better known as "Bubby", passed away on December 25, 2020 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.  He was the son of the late Arthur Daniel Jackson, Sr. and Grace Brown Jackson.  He was born on January 9, 1937.  Arthur, Jr. is predeceased by his sister Grace Ann Douglas and his daughter Gloria Tillery.  Arthur proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict.  He completed his tour of assignment with an Honorable Discharge.  Arthur was united in marriage on November 11, 1978 to Cynthia Watson.  Within the union a son was born, Artist Daniel, who resides in Maryland.  Arthur was employed by Western Publishing Company as a printer assistant for 5 years before the company closed and relocated to another area.  He leaves behind 1 nephew Woody Douglas and family of Battle Creek, MI and several cousins in Bellville, NJ.  But most of all he leaves a devoted, committed and loving wife, Cynthia, and his son Artist to mourn.  The Jackson family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to all that reached out at our time of need with consoling words of comfort.  May God bless you all.  Due to the most recent virus, Covid-19, there will no viewing or funeral services.  There was a private graveside Burial and Pastor Lena White was the Officiant.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Timothy P.
