Obituary of Paul V. Zajkowski

Paul V. Zajkowski, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on April 8, 2021. He was born on April 27, 1951, in Poughkeepsie, New York to the late Victor and the late Caroline (Michon) Zajkowski.

Paul was a local resident all of his life. He was a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School Class of 1969 and a graduate of Dutchess Community College Class of 1972.

On February 18, 1979, in Poughkeepsie, NY, Paul married Donna M. Robinson.
 

Paul was able to combine his passion for skiing and love for dealing with people to create a life long career of 50 years at Potter Brothers, retiring as their General Manager. 

Paul was a member of Apple Greens Golf Club. He loved to ski and play golf.
 

Paul is survived by his wife Donna of Poughkeepsie, his brother Peter Zajkowski of Poughkeepsie, his mother-in-law Margaret Robinson of Poughkeepsie, and several nieces and nephews.
 

Friends may call on Thursday, April 15, 2021, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. Funeral Services will follow the visitation at 6 pm.

Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

The family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses on the 6th Floor at Vassar Hospital, they went above and beyond in their love, care, and compassion for Paul.
