Thinking back on the days of working with Bob always bring a smile. After his noble career as a firefighter Bob was a court attendant in Dutchess County Family Court, which gave him free rein as the ‘cut-up’ he really was. And his sidekick, Deane Springstead, doubled the fun. Those two sure made coming to work fun, and helped us get through the serious things we had to handle. I’m glad I have a few old pictures so I can still see Bob’s mischievous grin. I will miss knowing this special friend is not here anymore, and I send heartfelt sympathy to Bob’s family.
