Obituary of Ryan D. Aguiar

Ryan D. Aguiar , 55 of Pleasant Valley NY passed away on Sunday, October 31^st 2021 at the North East Center For Rehabilitation in Kingston NY. 

Ryan was born on September 21, 1966 in Poughkeepsie NY to Joseph Aguiar and the late Donna (Pudney) Cioffi. He married Deborah E. Heaton June 10^th2017 in the Town of Poughkeepsie.

Ryan was 1985 graduate of Arlington High School and proudly served with the United States Marine Corp from 1985 to 1989 aboard the USS Nimitz. A local resident all his life, Ryan was employed as a Senior Physical Infrastructure Security Specialist for New York Power Authority. He enjoyed spending time with his kids bowling, watching movies and working out. 

Ryan is survived by his wife Deborah E. Aguiar of Pleasant Valley, his father Joseph Aguiar and stepmother Dana Aguiar of Poughkeepsie, his children Casey J. Aguiar, Alexis M. Aguiar of Pleasant Valley, and stepdaughter Alexa Vega, his Sister Jodie Bryson  and her husband Ronald Bryson of Wappingers Falls, his brother Matthew Aguiar and his wife Joanna of Poughkeepsie, his sister Sarah Ramsey and her husband James Ramsey of Albany, and Joseph Aguiar and his wife Paola Aguiar of Washington DC, his nephew Sawyer Bryson and niece Emma Bryson of Wappingers Falls. He was preceded by his mother, Donna Cioffi and Stepfather Joseph Cioffi.

Calling hours will be held Monday November 8^th 2021 from 3pm to 7pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home in Poughkeepsie NY. A Graveside services will be held at 11am on Tuesday November 9^th 2021 with Military Honors at the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery in Poughkeepsie New York.
