Howard and I were good friends in high school. As the Director of the Dutchess County office for agent I reached out to Howard and he became a member of our advisory board. He continue to serve after my retirement and then he became aware that he had Alzheimer’s. He was a good friend and I used to visit his home In the northHighlands when we were teenagers. I wish his family well especially Margaret.
