I am so sad to learn of my cousin Jo Ann’ s passing. Growing up in Canada we would only get the whole family together on rare but very special occasions. I loved to see my American family and I know my sister Gay did as well as Jo Ann and Gay were only 6 months apart. Gay and Jo Ann went to Summer camp together up in Algonquin Park. I can remember when the family got together up at our grandparents cottage on Lake Simcoe in Ontario. It was always a big occasion when Uncle Bill Aunt Betty and Jo Ann came up. Jo Ann and I talked on the phone a few years ago when she was living in Connecticut but I lost track and couldn’t find her lately. Rest easy sweet cousin. Love Jack Leachman

I knew JoAnn from working at Best Buy. Over my years there I got to know her well. She was a wonderful person and became a close friend of my family. She saw my son grow up and always had encouraging words for me. When we moved to California we lost touch but she was always on my mind. We are sadden by her passing and pray for her eternal rest.
