Obituary of John J. Goodwin

John James Goodwin, 64, of Poughkeepsie, NY died on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at home. John was born on December 18, 1957, in Yonkers, NY to John James and Katherine Palmieri Goodwin. A local resident most of his life, John was a self-employed Carpenter. He enjoyed golfing, kayaking, camping and fishing.

John is survived by his sons, Steven (Kayla) Goodwin of Poughkeepsie, NY, Daniel (Jacqueline) Goodwin and Michael (Sarah Fontis) Goodwin, both of Hyde Park, NY, daughter Vanessa Goodwin of Poughkeepsie, NY, grandchildren Logan, Noah, Colton, Brynlee, Greyson, brothers James (Seana Travers) Goodwin, Joseph (Terri)Goodwin, Michael Goodwin, sisters Kathy (Taylor) Harper, Patty Goodwin, Janet Goodwin as well as several nieces and nephews.
