Obituary of Patricia Ann Reilly

Patricia Ann Reilly of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on February 1st, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital.

Patricia was born on July 21st, 1955 in the Bronx, NY to Richard and Dolores Tedesco. 

Patricia graduated from John Jay High School in Hopewell Junction in 1973. She worked several years in the legal profession but devoted most of her time to being a full time grandma and supporting her husband’s business as the CFO of LR Builder.

Patricia currently lived in Poughkeepsie with her husband and best friend of over 22 years married and 34 years together, Larry Reilly. Patricia and Larry were married on October 8, 2000 at Villa Borghese. Her devotion to their blended family goes beyond anything you could imagine. 

Patricia was an amazing Italian cook and looked forward to Sunday dinners with her whole family, which she then taught to Larry who carries on the tradition. Patricia loved to travel, which she and Larry did quite often between cruising and Cancun. But her favorite vacation was their second home in Boynton Beach, Florida. It was not unlike Patricia to just pick up and take off for a month or so to soak up the sun, visit the casino and play bingo!! Often inviting her children and grandchildren to come visit in Florida. 

Patricia is survived by her forever, devoted and loving husband, Larry. Her mother Dolores Tedesco; her sister Diane Tedesco. Her children, Joseph (Thida) LaManna Jr, Charles (Crystal) LaManna, Dana (Alex) LaManna Kozlowski. Her step children, Shannon (Chris) Scherden and Joseph Reilly; Gina LaManna and Amy LaManna.

Her grandchildren, Alexis Reilly, Kai, Keegan and Kelsey LaManna, Abigail, Aubrey and Carly LaManna, Blake Kozlowski, Madeline and Alexander Kozlowski III, Kennedy Scherden, James, Konner and Kassidy Reilly.

She was predeceased by her father, Richard Tedesco in 1999, her brother Charles Tedesco in 1982 and by her pervious husband, Joseph F. LaManna Sr. in 2016.

Calling hours will be Saturday February 11th from 11:00-3:00 at the Timothy Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Avenue Poughkeepsie, NY. Prayers by Fr Matthew Calkins at 2:30pm.

The family would like to thank the many staff at Hospice who have provided support and care to Patricia and her family for the past 8 months. Special thanks to her nurse Julia and her Respiratory Specialist Tulio.
