Obituary of William J. Reinig Jr.

William J. Reinig Jr., 76, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on May 10, 2023. He was born on December 29, 1946, in New Rochelle, New York to the late William J. and the late Grace Cassara Reinig Sr.
He was a Car Man for Metro North retiring in 2008. 
William has been a local resident for over 37 years previously from the Bronx and New Rochelle.
He served his Country in the United States Navy.
William loved to play billiards and collect baseball cards.
He was the husband of Rose Ann Anzano, they were married on October 26, 1969. Rose Ann predeceased William on August 13, 2020.
Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Tara and Paul Neglia of Poughkeepsie New York, son and daughter-in-law Christopher and Darlene Reinig of Newburgh New York, and grandchildren Vincent, Jenna, Brianna.
William was predeceased by his son William A. Reinig on December 8, 2020, and also his sisters Barbara Calabrese and Patricia Wiggers
Friends may call on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. 
Graveside Services will be held May 17, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Rose Hill Memorial Park, 101 Mill Street, Putnam Valley, NY.
