Dear Big Brother, Larry, it is the sudden you left us. I didn't think that the time we have met years ago is the last time we could see each other; I have been thinking about and planning for a family reunion in few years... I was so pleased with your hospitality that I didn't expect. I am very greatful that I have a Big Brother like you, Larry, from the bottom of my heart. You was so ill but still tried your very best to cheers me up, provided a warm and loving welcome. Love those times we had a chat and admire your knowledge and skills. I met Larry in 1998 when we worked together. On his first job, in Vagas, he showed up on the job site in a red convertible Ferrari filled with construction tools and five excited construction workers and had his famous Larry smile all over his face.
On another job where we had a deadline and the crew worked to exhaustion and left, Larry stayed behind. The next morning when we came to the job site the work was completed and Larry was nowhere to be found. We then heard some sound coming from above. When we looked up we found Larry sleeping in the drop ceiling, his tools still in his hands. When we called his name he looked down at us and smiled the famous Larry smile we grew to know so well. He worked 48 hours straight.
Few days ago I met Larry. I knew how much pain he was enduring, still he had the same familiar Larry smile when he greeted me. That's how I will always remember him.

I met Larry and his wife Quynh whilst travelling through Laos with my friend, Brigitte. He was funny and an interesting guy. We bumped into each other several times whilst travelling and always enjoyed his company. Brigitte was looking forward to meeting up with Larry in December.
