Obituary of Teresa Lynn Haase

Teresa Lynn Haase age 65 passed away on August 18, 2024, at Midhudson Regional Hospital.

She was born in Potsdam, NY 4/11/1959 the daughter of John M. and Vivian Reed. 

She enjoyed working many years at Wassaic State Hospital as an aid for adults with special needs

She lived in Dannemora and Mooers-Forks in upstate New York for many years before returning to Poughkeepsie.

She is survived by Sister, Nancy (Ed) Hooper son, Randall (Noreen) Wishart, granddaughters, Nerissa and Rayah, son, Jacob (Maria) Wishart, daughter, Shandy Secor, granddaughter, Cheyanne

Nephews Bobby and Danny (Tarah) Metcalf many loving nieces and nephews.

She attended AA for over 25 years, loved Jesus, and animals, and had a great sense of humor.

Memorial Donations can be made to the Dutchess County SPCA Route 9G Hyde Park, New York 12538.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Hyde Park Baptist Church, 10 Romans Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538 on Saturday, 8/24 at 3 pm, with Pastor Rick Murray as the Celebrant.

The family will be honoring her wishes and having her cremated and tossed from the back of a Harley Davidson by her beloved nephew Danny
