Obituary of Gloria Richards

Gloria Richards, age 97 born August 25, 1927 in Troy, N.Y. to Howard Donnelly and Elizabeth Daigle of Troy, New York.

She graduated from Catholic Central High School in Troy in where she proceeded to work for New York State Department of Labor in Albany for five years.

Gloria met Clarence (Rick) Richards who graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. The two married at Sacred Heart Church, in Troy, N.Y. She lived in Poughkeepsie with her husband and family more than 65 years. 

Gloria is survived by her eldest daughter Susan Richards of Durham, North Carolina and younger son Robert Richards of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She was a member of The Church of the Holy Trinity in Poughkeepsie. Her final resting place is the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery with her husband.
