Obituary of Margaret M Ciulla

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of our Margret (‘Peggy”) Ciulla on November 27th, 2024 as she moves on to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who she loved so deeply, Peggy was an Earth Angel who left us way too soon with her sky-blue eyes, gorgeous smile, big beautiful heart, kind compassionate spirit and her infectious laugh. Peggy has an amazing sense of humor and her spirit lit up every room. Our Peggy loved music, the sunshine, sunflowers and visiting her favorite lake. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt and Friend.

Survived by her two daughters, Julia McCook and Kya Ciulla, Son-in-Law Kendell McCook, her two Grandchildren Camryn and Karter, her Mother Ritva Ciulla, her three sisters and six nieces and nephews. She loved her family very much.

Peggy was born on January 30th , 1970 in Mt. Kisco, NY and was a resident of Poughkeepsie, NY having worked at Dutchess ARC for over thirty years fulfilling her life purpose and calling as a Direct Care worker. She was admired by her colleagues, friends and mostly by the individuals she cared for serving our community selflessly by caring for them whole heartedly and always without judgement. May our beautiful Peggy be soaring above and singing with a choir of angels and her soul finally be at peace.

Peggy will be buried alongside of her Father, Anthony Ciulla (and Grandparents, Sal and Rose Ciulla) at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in White Plains, NY. A private Celebration of Life ceremony will take place on December 13th, 2024 at the VFW in which her Father was a Veteran and member. Rest in Peace our beloved Peggy, we will love you forever.
