Some of my fond memories of Ann and my mother was when they would give home permanents I think it was the toni home perms. The two of them would have their tea or coffee and gab about the kids. The kids would be gagging over the smell of the chemicals in those home perms. Uncle Julie would always be cleaning or cooking or doing something in his garden. My mom Minnie and Ann were such good friends and they always enjoyed each other. It was always a pleasure to visit, Ann always made you feel welcome.

Dear Joanne and Cherry, so sorry to hear about Ann. I did see her a few times at the Pines when Aunt Anna was there and she was always in in good spirits. I am sorry I couldn't make it but Henry had surgery on his arm today. I have such fond memories of Ann. My thoughts and prayers are with you.Love Pat
