I only met Gordon recently the past month, as he joined a youth prison ministry with me. In counseling and giving hope to the young men for a more abundant life, He made a positive impact that will last beyond his time here. It was great to see someone care about others and give of his time, not expecting anything in return. Blessed to be your Brother in Christ

I was honored and blessed to serve with Gordon in Kairos. Gordon challenged me in that ministry and skillfully drew from me the very best I had for the glory of our Lord Jesus. He was genuine, absolutely without pretense. He was a compassionate, forgiving encourager. Ever faithful and devoted to his God and to his family, he loved God with abandon and people without judgement. This world has been diminished, but the light of God's love that shone so clearly through Gordon shines on through the lives of all those he touched. I am so grateful to count myself among that group.

I smile when I remember Gordon and Ginny teaching Sunday School at The River Church. They loved the kids and had so much fun with them! The kids all knew they were loved by God and by Gordon and Ginny. What an amazing, dedicated and faithful man! He had a special place in his heart for Davina and Xavier. Gordon was a dear brother in the Lord who cared about people who were down and out. It was my privilege to know him and serve with him in the Kairos Prison Ministry. He was my dear friend. I will miss him greatly, but we will meet again.
