Obituary of Edward Schiffer

Edward F. Schiffer, age 58, of Freehold, New York, died Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at St. Peters Hospital of Albany, NY. Ed was born April 1, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY. He is the son of the late William and the late Eileen (Numann) Schiffer. He married Toni Ann Reimone on July 28, 2007 in Greene County. He was employed by Meyer Laboratory of Blue Springs as a Salesmen. He loved to go shooting with his nephew, he was in to antique Cars and loved to Golf. He is survived by his wife: Toni Ann(Reimone) Schiffer of Freehold NY, one son: Christopher Schiffer of Queens, NY; sisters: Maureen Hayden of Trumball, CT and Kathleen Marciance of Lake Worth, FLA. Ed was also survived by his, Stepdaughter, Barbara Donovan of Brooklyn, NY and Stepdaughter, Michelle Fogle of Stanford, CT., his two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Ed was also predeceased by his Brother, Billy Schiffer. The funeral will be held 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Saturday, October 20 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY.
