I received my HAM license in 2003 and the 2004 Eskimo Run was my first Public Service Event. I've participated just about every year since. 2004 was a famously cold event. Don made it wonderful each year, though, by his organizational and personal presence. Don: I've always kept the patches displayed in my office, in honor of a fun event, but now, they are there also in memory of a wonderful person.

Dear Luella and Family, We were very sorry to read about the passing of Don. Carol remembers attending Cub Scout meetings where Don was a very enthusiastic leader. Don and I worked on many IBM projects related to improving the quality of chips we were producing in E. Fishkill. His efforts lead to a much higher quality product leaving our plant. He was always asking how I was doing with my hunting & fishing.. With our Sympathy and Prayers, Charles, Carol & Family
