The first time I meet Jeff at IBM, I do not think I was introduced, it was like I knew him already. A gentle, kind, never raised his voice Jeff.
We had many many Political discussions, even though we were on different sides of the Political spectrum, it was always congenial. I am sorely going to miss those discussions. RIP my Political Friend !

I worked with Jeff only briefly, but I recently ran into him and shared a table at lunch, and I can only reiterate all the traits that are mentioned in this beautifully written obituary. He gave freely of his time to help me learn the project and also to help me through a difficult job transition.
My deepest sympathies to Jeff's family. He will be greatly missed.
