A sunny day in September, I walk into a waste management building hoping to transfer from Florida to NY,a petite perfectly coiffed blonde greets me with a smile, she is stuffing envelopes,an empty chair is to the side of her cramped space and she invites me to sit down, the fact I didn't see anyone else helping her I felt compelled to offer my help she accepts and then a few minutes into our dual envelope stuffing routine she felt compelled to ask me "so is black eyeshadow what they wear on Florida these days " Voila, a friendship is formed. I followed Dee to Omega where we convinced our fellow workers that we were twins our proof was a baby picture of two twin babies in a Cabbage Patch with cabbage leaves on their head we said that we changed as we grew with me getting more nutrition and D getting less . From the first moment we met we had a connection even when we were apart we spoke every day via text we shared our imaginary glass of wine as we ended the day ,visualizing that we were sitting on our screened porch side by side our matching white rocking chairs with our babies ( Terra and Lily) on our laps. We would then transform from a hectic day to a peaceful encounter before we closed our eyes to sleep. How will I make it without you Dee? I will thank God for the Divine guidance that was givin to me to take the trip to New York to see you this past Monday and surprise you with a visit and a cup of your favorite chicken soup. I am so happy we got to share these moments.Nite Nite twin I love youI know you know that.
...I guess tonight we will have a Merlot.

Awww, Dee....I felt so bad when Donna told me she saw your daughter's announcement on Facebook. The three of us had some good lunches over the years, didn't we! First in Rhinebeck and later in Poughkeepsie. And lots of talks about psychic things and the hereafter. Intriging stuff, it was.
I'll miss you! I was hoping we could have had at least one more lunch together, maybe at the Palace Diner. But, as the saying goes, you're in a much better place now. Will see you when I see you! Meanwhile, feel free to dim a few lights in my apartment when you're around. :-D
