Aunt Gloria, as we affectionately called her as a kid had a larger than life personality. I felt like there was nothing she couldn’t do. She always graciously managed the household and tended to guests needs. I knew we would always have lots of great food to choose from when visiting! Aunt Gloria knew how to lay out a spread in a moments notice.
As a kid, I enjoyed when my parents allowed for me to stay with her by myself, I felt so grown up. I learned a lot from her and can’t believe how many years it’s veen since I’ve seen her. I’m in my mid-50s now and probably haven’t seen Aunt Gloria in over 40 years. My mom, Arlene has kept in touch with Aunt Gloria over the years, and updated me on their conversations.
I have lots of fond memories for this special lady and send thoughts and prayers your way.

I am so sorry. Gloria was a lovely lady & sewed many an item for me & my mom Margaret Piraino. They were good friends and enjoyed many things through years at Mt Carmel & Bus trips in retirement. I will always remember her joyful greeting and warm smile ❤️
