Obituary of Sean T. McGuirk

Sean T. McGuirk "AKA Chef Sean" passed away at home on January 11, 2019. 

Sean was born on December 9, 1969 in New Rochelle, New York, he was the son of the late Joseph T. and the late Madeline Burger McGuirk.

Sean was a 25 year local resident and he graduated from Roosevelt High School.

Sean had a passion for cooking, he loved to golf, play tennis, go deer hunting and fishing.

Sean was the Executive Chef at River Station in Poughkeepsie and also previously worked at many local restaurants.

Sean is survived by his sister Arlene McGuirk of Yonkers and his many friends in the Poughkeepsie and Dutchess County area.

Visitaion will be held Sunday January 27, 2019 from 2pm to 5pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home 371 Hooker Ave. Poughkeepsie, New York. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
