Sincere condolences to the family members of Nancy. May you dwell on the memories you shared, her smile and know that she is sound asleep in death awaiting the resurrection as promised in God's word at Acts 24:15. When she returns to life, she will no longer have to worry about working at a Correctional Facility as that will be a thing of the past. To my wonderful sister Nancy.One of three beautiful sisters that I have. You are the light that shines every day. You are my angel. All the memories I have of you are all wonderful. The best moments of my life is when I was living with you .you took care of me and Charlene. I never had a worry in the world you took great care of us. you gave us whatever we wanted. It's because of you I know what the upstate life looks like the beautiful country scenery beautiful trees fresh air happiness you brought that to my life you helped mold me to become the good man that I am today . Dearest Sylvia & family,
Our deepest condolences to you and Sammy and Nancy’s other family members. Although words fail me at a time like this, I know from personal experience that just knowing others are there and care, helps ease the burden of the pain of losing someone you love. On the bright side, she’s no longer suffering and she is at rest with our maker. That’s the comfort for those left behind ~ I would say “to mourn” right after that, but my father always said, “we should not mourn a life lived, we should celebrate that life, for any age is a passage of right, and many do not get to take that trip at all and some not very far. So we should not take life for granted, but as the gift that it is and live and enjoy every moment as it comes.”

We had so many great memories my childhood sister. We laughed, we cried and we partied at your place. I’ve hade the pleasure of this forty plus years of friendship/sisterhood. Special moments were shared and I will always remember and cherish those days. Even though I reside in a different state we always kept in touch and spent time when I visited NY. We proved that distance doesn’t matter.
You will always hold a special place in my Heart. We made a pack as teenagers, you, Brenda and I and we have lived up to three Roses forever.

Nancy it was such a blessing to say I had the privilege to know such an amazing and beautiful lady such as yourself. It was an honor to know you and to work next to you in the prison. As much as it hurts that you are no longer here on Earth with your loved ones it is a blessing to know you are no longer suffering and you are shining down from heaven on all your friends, family and loved ones.
