I have so many memories of Tom over the years, not just in AA, but many other experiences. There was a time when both my daughters moved into their own apartment in Poughkeepsie and I was so worried about them. I prayed that they would be taken care of. On the day of their move, who showed up but Tom! He was working as a painter and handyperson at the home where my daughters were to live. I knew then that they would be OK. Tom and his grandson (I think) painted my home in Poughkeepsie. Since he was the "supervisor", we got to chat many days while his grandson did the work. I'm so glad I had that time with him. He was such an inspiration, to me as well as anyone else who stopped to talk to him. He was always there 100% when you talked to him. I will so miss that Irish brogue! RIP Irish Tom! My heart is hurting, but I know you are at peace. You will be missed so much!

June Burden. My mom spent more than half her life with Tom. Over the last 40+ years He even shared his homeland of Ireland together and she met the family there too. He was there for her - as she was for him for many many years. He was there for Scott Theiss and me over the years as well. He was Grandpa Tom to all of our children Angela Theiss, Bella Faccia, Kaitlyn Theiss, Brianna Lea & Mackenzie Theiss. All will miss him and cherish each of their memories of many family trips together with him. We have thousands of pictures and memories and funny stories to remember him by. Mom and I will be sharing some of the photos on Facebook soon, as a way to honor him and celebrate his life in our family!

Thank you so much for posting these pictures. I know he's not been in good health in recent years, but I am so sad to hear of his passing. I have so many good memories of him, and of your mom, too. I am in Florida and can't make the service, but I will be sure to keep Tom and June in my prayers. Please send her my love. Cathy Morillo
