Obituary of Thomas G. O'Connell

Thomas G. O'Connell, 80 of Hyde Park, NY died on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at the Eleanor Nursing Facility in Hyde Park, NY. Thomas was born in Limerick, Ireland on September 9, 1940 to the previously deceased John and Mary Power O'Connell.

A local resident over forty years, Thomas previously resided in the Bronx, NY. He was self employed and was a member of both St. Mary's Church in Wappingers Falls, NY and Regina Coeli Church in Hyde Park, NY.

Survivors include his sister Ann Moore and brother Joseph N. O'Connell both of Wappingers Falls, NY as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Thomas is predeceased by Patrick, John and Edward O'Connell, Margaret Hickey and Mary John.

Calling hours are Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home, Inc. 371 Hooker Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Prayer Service will follow at 2:30pm.
