I have so many fond memories of Mrs. Shanley while growing up on Marple Road, ones I'll keep with me my entire life. She made the best toffee every Christmas and when we were little should would always pick fresh rhubarb from her yard and dip it in sugar for us as a treat. She and my Mom were the best of friends and I know they are reunited in heaven right now having a great time laughing and being so proud of their families. Rest in Peace Mary Ann. I'll miss you.
