Joyce was one of the first individuals that welcomed me & my family to Faith Assembly. She was passionate about the Rainbows program and I knew I could leave my girls in her care, with no worries. Joyce was instrumental in recruiting me as a volunteer parent for the Rainbows program. A program I continue to be a part of 15 years later. Thank you Joyce for your dedication and commitment.
