My condolences to his wife Joann and family. My sister Joann and I met Johnny when I was 13 years old and in Fleet Cadets. He rode his bike all the way from Bower Rd to Dean Place where we lived, to bring us apples! He was a good friend who I haven't seen in many many years. May he rest in peace.
