Through the years, you've been somewhat funny,
We've gone to Babe's and bet some money.
We drank and ate and had great fun,
We made sports bets and even might have won.
No matter where we went, we had each other,
I've always felt that you were my brother,
We've never fought or been unkind to each other,
That's truly something, George "my brother".
Today you passed at the age of seventy-two,
I will always remember the times of me and you.
I raise my glass as you're laid to rest,
God bless you my brother from your brother Les.

George when we met 40+ years ago I was just an 18 year old kid. We got to be friends, I kind of thought of you as the big brother I never had, but always wanted, and then you introduced me to your wonderful family , something I'll treasure for the rest of my life. I'm still in total shock!!! R.I.P. my friend, until we meet again.........

Uncle George,
I'm still very much in shock about this news. You will always be remembered. God bless your soul.

Dad,
Since leaving you at the hospital on Saturday I have been trying to wake up from this nightmare. Seeing this made it to real. I want everyone to know that you were the best dad there was. You were always doing things with me, taking me places, and I will cherish every memory. I remember all the times you would get on the floor and build Legos with me, or the time we snuck off and didn't tell mommy and went to the Statue Of Liberty. All the yankee games we have been to together are something I will always remember. You were always there for me to listen when I needed to vent, be a shoulder to cry on, and just to remind me to pay my car insurance... The best dad , but also the most amazing Papa. Your three granddaughters cherished you, and miss you like crazy. You were always there for every concert, sports event, and dr appt when we needed you. We miss and love you daddy. Forever your little girl.
