Frank was the sweetest and kindest man. He loved his daughter Karla so much. His Jeannie. They were the dynamic duo bonded by so much love. He was an amazing father to my dear friend and he set the standard of what a good man is. Everyone that knew him is certainly blessed.

It is difficult to process that Frank is gone from our lives but his smile, laugh, sense of humor and generosity will live on in our memories. The Valley family has too many great memories with Frank to mention here but will be held close to our hearts. Simply stated Frank was unmatched in character and everyone that interacted with him will forever be better for knowing him. The stories will be told for generations and we will all laugh, quote him and share our deep respect for him.

I am so devastated by this news! Frank was the greatest guy you'll ever know. He loved people, and he and his wife loved waiting in the hospital for the birth of my babies. My son, Nelson, is named after him.I will miss his laugh, his hugs and his beautiful way of dancing. Fly high, Frank! Have a cocktail for me with Zeke and Charlie!
