Joe did my taxes for many years and was a great fan of the New York Yankees. I gave him an autograph photo of Bob Richardson one year. He hung it in his office and every year I tried to have my taxes done for free. It never worked. It became a running joke. Will miss that greatly.

Having Joe come into our fledgling Stark Raven group many years ago allowed me to switch from drums to guitar. A simple move that began a great friendship and musical journey. So many great memories. So much fun and joy making music that we all enjoyed. He will be greatly missed as being an excellent drummer, song writer, and singer in Stark Raven, but his friendship, sense of humor, and giving nature will be missed even more.

It still just doesn’t seem real. So many years of knowing Joe, since we were kids, and more recently sharing so many good times playing in Stark Raven. We had a blast, made awesome music, and it was always fun…always. I am going to miss him so much. My sincere condolences and sympathy to Karen, Michael, Rachael, Joey, Debbie and the rest of the family.
